HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a food safety management system designed to prevent and control potential hazards associated with food production, processing and distribution. This methodology is based on hazard analysis and the identification of critical control points where prevention and control measures can be applied to minimize risks to consumer health
